NKE ENTERS NTI GROUP

20 September 2021 – NTI Group, one of Europe’s leading providers of software and services to the construction, design and manufacturing industries, announced today that it has acquired Negroni Key Engineering Srl (‘NKE’) with billings of more than EUR 60 million (Italy and Spain). The NTI Group hence expands its EMEA footprint joining North and South Europe.

The NTI Group (‘NTI’) is now entering the Italian and Spanish market with the acquisition of NKE | Negroni Key Engineering Srl (‘NKE’). The acquisition of NKE is in line with NTI’s strategy to be an international market-leading partner of software and services to the construction, design and manufacturing industries.

NKE, with more 130 people is the Autodesk Platinum Partner of Southern Europe with over 27 years of experience working from 22 locations in Italy and Spain. NKE is active in the manufacturing, architecture and infrastructure industries and provides e.g. consulting services, training, data management and customized solutions.

With the acquisition, NTI will be present in 8 countries with more than 500 employees and a total of 47 offices..

Entering the Italian and Spanish markets
